Opening For Senior Pre-Sales Engineer (Salesforce CRM) - 6 + years Experience

Overview –
Senior Pre-Sales Engineer would be responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the Sales team as a key technical advisor and product advocate. The Pre-Sales Engineer will be required to collaborate with sales, marketing, development and technical support resources to ensure technical solutions proposed  accurately address customer needs, and are appropriately supported by key customer technical decision-makers.


Job Description –

1. Understand the technical and functional aspects of our application and be involved in pre and post sales implementation of our products, acting as a product evangelist.
2. Candidate should be able to solicit business requirements, suggest a solution and effectively demonstrate to the prospect how it addresses their requirements and provides business value.
3. Create product collaterals and resources required as required by customer.
4. Coordinate closely with internal sales, pre-sales, product & development teams to align proposed solution with customers’ business requirements.
5. Maintain a regular Customer feedback channel and provide inputs for product development.
6. Enabling Product Support - Setup and maintenance of CRM, Complaint Ticketing system.
7. Managing Pre-Sales Team on a daily basis. Monitor communication and proposals of Presales team and provide relevant feedback.
8. Monitoring support activities and setting right benchmarks for the support team.
9. Monitoring Usage and activities of existing clients to ensure customer success.
10. Prospecting new markets, presenting new solutions to clients, A/B testing.

Qualification – TBD
1. Engineering/MBA degree with 6-8 years of experience on SAAS/Cloud products.
2. Should have experience working in customer facing positions like - Business Analyst, Consultant, Presales Engineer etc.

Skills
1. This position involves extensive interaction with customers and internal teams (sales, marketing and development), so candidate should have experience of working with multiple teams to achieve deliverables.
2. Candidate will be heading our presales team, so prior experience of Team management is essential.
3. Most of our customers are in western geographies, so written and spoken communication skills should be second to none!
4. Candidate should have prior experience of working in Salesforce environment.
