(Closed) Opening for Technical Support Executive - 0 to 2 Years Experience

Screen Magic, a mobile media company, needs services of a Technical Support Executive. The opening is for a full-time employee and the candidate is required to do following Tasks:-

Job Responsibilities:

Job responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be added as required.
  •  Monitor Logs from our portal.
  •  SMS troubleshooting - Tracking failed SMS’s and take up the issue with SMS vendors.
  • SMS Recharge -Tracking balance, validity of accounts and shooting emails wherever required.
  • Search Phone numbers of clients from internet and update our database. Create new accounts using company provide software tools.
  • Configuring SMS pipes for clients from our portal.
  • Reconciliation of SMS logs and generating reports of SMS usage.
  •  Make configurations related to our application on clients CRM.
  •  Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium.
  • Created and send invoices to clients.
  • Send emails to clients on a periodic basis (Account Management activity)

Skills Required

  • Good Communication Skills are required (Spoken, Written as well as email) - Upto a level, where you can converse with English speaking Customers (in US, UK and other countries)
  • The candidate should have some knowledge of SMS & telecommunication protocols.
  • Familiarity with Internet, Web and other softwares - MS Office, etc. It will help if you are an avid user of - Online Software - SaaS etc.
  • The candidate should be Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized.

Qualification Desired (some variation is accepted)
  • Graduate in any stream is welcome. Candidates with some experience in Tech support will be preferred.

Work Experience Desired

  •  Some experience in handling Tech Support of any Telecom product/company would be beneficial. Fresher with excellent credentials will also be considered.

Pay Scale
  •      Salary of the candidate would be between 1.2 to 2.2 LPA, depending on the candidate. Details will be discussed with suitable Candidates during interview.

Other Details
  •         Place of Work – Pune Office (Need to work from office only)
  •        Time of Work- The candidate would be working in either morning shift (9AM to 6:30PM IST) or evening shift (12PM to 9:30PM IST).
