Screen Magic, a mobile media company, needs services of a Sales Executive for selling it’s online software. The opening is for a full-time employee and the candidate is required to do following Job/s:-
Jobs /Tasks to be done
- Call leads, engage them and sell the service (Yes, our service is sold on phone :-) The modes of communication with the client are - email, call (phone and skype)
- Assist leads with their technical queries (usually before buying and some hand-holding post the selling)
- Commit and deliver on a quarterly Sales Quota (We spend a lot of energy and bucks on Marketing to create these leads, so Quotas will be there....but don’t worry...quite a few of these are hot opportunities initiated by the Lead himself)
- Excellent Communication Skills are required (Spoken, Written as well as email) - Upto a level, where you can converse and convince English speaking Customers (in US, UK and other countries)
- Familiarity with Internet, Web and other softwares - MS Office, etc. It will help if you are an avid user of - Social media, eCommerce Sites, Online Software - SaaS, etc.
- Graduate in any stream. MBA may be good, but Not necessary...
- Some experience in calling to international customers is required (May be in Lead Generation and not direct selling)
- Some experience of selling technology specially software is a good plus, but Not necessary. Some experience of selling even telecom products / software / technology may be sufficient.
- Fixed + Commission (Earn upto Rs. 40,000 / month). Details to be discussed with suitable Candidates during interview
- Place of Work - based out of Pune (Need to work from office only, travel will be rare)
- Time of Work- May need to cover Australia or US Time Zone. Details to be discussed and finalized during interview.
